Cancellation and Refund Policy – YouzadPro

At YouzadPro, we are committed to providing customized digital services tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Due to the nature of digital services, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and respect for the efforts invested.

1. Payments
• 50% of the total project value must be paid as a deposit upon signing the agreement and before work begins.
• The remaining 50% must be paid after the final completion and delivery of the project to the client.

2. Cancellation Policy Before Work Begins
• If the client requests cancellation before any actual work (design, development, setup) has commenced, the deposit will be refunded after deducting 10% for administrative costs and preparations.
• The remaining amount will be refunded to the client within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy After Work Has Begun
• Once work on the project has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is considered compensation for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• No portion of the deposit will be refunded once actual work has commenced, even if the client cancels during the early stages.

4. Cancellation at Advanced Stages
• If the project reaches more than 70% completion (based on internal workflow assessment), it will be considered fully completed, and no refunds will be granted.

5. Project Delivery
• The final project will be delivered to the client after the second payment (50%) has been completed.
• Original files and full project release will only occur once the total agreed amount has been received.

6. Our Commitment to Clients
We are committed to honoring all agreements signed with our clients.
If any proven breach occurs on our part, we pledge to compensate the client proportionally to the incomplete portion of the service.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
• Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via the official email: youzad@gmail.com
• The request must include: the client’s name, invoice or contract number, and detailed explanation for the cancellation.
• All requests will be reviewed within a maximum of 7 business days.
