1. Acceptance of Terms

By using YouzadProd services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

YouzadProd offers digital services including graphic design, video editing, social media management, advertising campaigns, voice-over, SEO optimization, and website development.

3. Project Process

• Upon receiving your request, we will provide a custom quote and service proposal. • Work begins after written confirmation and, in some cases, an initial deposit. • Delivery timelines are provided with each project and may vary depending on complexity.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are to be made according to the agreement (either in advance, 50/50, or upon delivery, depending on project type). • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. • All payments are non-refundable once the project has started, except in cases of proven service failure.

5. Intellectual Property

• All project files and deliverables become the property of the client after full payment is received. • YouzadProd retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All project details and business information shared with YouzadProd will be treated as strictly confidential.

7. Liability

YouzadProd will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing, with settlement of all work delivered up to that point.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco (or France if services are provided to European clients).
